APPLICATION
This unit's frame is designed to be fitted within plasterboard lined applications for metal track systems, timber stud walls or concrete blockwork.
DESCRIPTION
This access panel has a metal faced door and is supplied with a picture frame. The panel has a simple pivot hinge system for ease and speed of assembly on site. The panel is fitted with a budget lock as standard, but other locking options are available.
MATERIALS AND FINISHES
Intrepid access panels are manufactured from 1.2mm thick Zinc plated mild steel (BS EN 10025) for maximum rigidity. Stainless steel finishes are also available. The Access panels are painted in a polyester powder coating (BS EN 12206-1:2004) - White - RAL 9010 textured, as standard. This paint texture blends well with your plastered painted walls and can be overpainted with ease. Other colours are available to match your finished area.

Note: Largest door in this range would be 1200mm x 600mm.

INSTALLATION
Intrepid supply installation instructions in the form of labels on the rear of the doors. The label will have the relevant certification standard that it complies to clearly marked. As part of our quality system, you will also find on the label, the identity mark of the quality inspector, who has done the final checks on your product.
