    From customer's, supplier's and colleagues, everyone wishes Rob and his wife a long and happy retirement which they more than deserve. The rest of the team will endeavour to continue the culture Rob helped to install within the business.

His comprehensive industry knowledge, coupled with his proven sales expertise, makes him a vital asset to Intrepid Manufacturing.

Initially serving as a Design Manager, his role expanded to encompass the management of various aspects of supply to construction sites. During this time, he developed a keen understanding of both the supplier and customer perspectives, further enriching his skill set.

    Bringing this wealth of experience to the team, Richard joined Intrepid Manufacturing in the capacity of Operations Director.     Joanna's career at Intrepid Manufacturing began in an administrative role, where she started in sales administration. Over time, her capabilities and leadership qualities shone through, leading to her appointment as Office Manager after just three years.

    Her career trajectory continued to evolve as she took on roles in purchasing and logistics, showcasing her ability to manage essential aspects of the business. In 2019, her dedication to excellence was further demonstrated when she took over the leadership of the ISO quality management system. With Joanna's intimate knowledge of the business workings was perfectly placed to further enhance and improve our quality system.

    In 2021, Joanna expanded her expertise, taking on responsibilities in health and safety, human resources, and finance ledgers, showcasing her adaptability and ability to thrive in multifaceted roles.

    Recognising Joanna's deep understanding of the company's inner workings and culture, she was appointed as General Manager in 2022. In this pivotal role, Joanna utilises her extensive experience to drive the business forward, overseeing various aspects of its operations and ensuring its continued success.

    With 14 years of shop floor experience in a sheet metal fabrication company, Mick's journey began with a strong foundation in hands-on manufacturing. This extensive experience honed his understanding of production processes and the importance of precision and quality.

    Following his shop floor tenure, Mick spent 15 years in technical positions, where he specialised in dealing with bespoke requirements and product certification at a previous company. His ability to navigate complex technical challenges and ensure compliance with rigorous standards quickly became a hallmark of his career.

    Having joined our company two years ago, Mick brings with him a vast reservoir of experience in product certification and a fresh perspective on innovation. His ideas and insights are instrumental in propelling Intrepid Manufacturing forward in the ever-evolving landscape of product development and certification.

    As Technical Manager, he plays a crucial role in ensuring that the company continues to meet the highest standards of product excellence and technical compliance.

    Before this he served with Her Majesty's Forces spending 10 years in the Elite Coldstream Guards before moving into an after sales role with a top brand in the motor industry.

    Clinton is customer focussed and prides himself in providing the highest customer service level from specification to delivery, which is a natural fit within the core values of the Intrepid Manufacturing team.

    Adam is committed to maintaining the high standards customers expect from Intrepid and plays an important role in strengthening and growing Intrepid's position in architectural metal ceiling production.
