We design and manufacture bespoke, certified, performance driven access solutions and architectural metal ceiling systems for the construction industry.

At Intrepid, our aim is to ensure our products offer seamless aesthetics, carry the correct certification where necessary for each application, giving our customers 100% confidence that the products they are using will be fully compliant. Relevant test evidence and technical datasheets are available on request.

Technology

At Intrepid, we use the latest Solidworks 3D CAD software to develop our range of products and to create bespoke designs.

Parts are then transferred to our CNC punch machines using Radan CAD/CAM software.

Manufacturing Capacity

Across our three Nuneaton based sites, since 2019, we have invested over £1.2m in our plant and machinery.

Upgraded CNC punch facilities, replacing our old hydraulic punch with two electro-pneumatic CNC machines from Amada.

Six new Coastone brake presses to give identical manufacturing capability across three sites, ensuring all product is UK manufactured in-house.

This has helped to reduce maintenance and downtime issues and significantly increase capacity.

Product Certification

  • The construction industry has seen a lot of change in recent years, particularly with regard to product certification
  • We have undertaken a rigorous testing programme with independent, UKAS accredited test facilities to ensure our products comply with the latest test standards
  • At Intrepid, our aim is to ensure our products carry the correct certification for each application, giving our customers 100% confidence that the products they are using will be fully compliant
  • Relevant test evidence is supplied at the time of quotation and technical datasheets are available on request. Our technical team is also available to provide support from initial enquiry through to after sale

Efficient Investment

Our latest commitment to innovation is the MP-300 automated material handling system addition to our production line.

This integration brings enhanced efficiencies by increasing our manufacturing capacity and reducing lead times for our customers.

Each site operates independently and is fully equipped to manufacture products from start to finish.
