APPLICATION
This panel is designed to be fitted within timber stud/joists, concrete blockwork or metal track systems.
DESCRIPTION
This access panel has been designed to accept a decorative board on site. The door and frame have a 7mm lip to conceal the cut edges of the decorative board. One edge of the door is removable to allow the board to slide in. The panel is fitted with a standard budget lock and operates on a pivot hinge so it can be easily removed and refitted for simple installation.
MATERIALS AND FINISHES
Intrepid access panels are manufactured from 1.2mm thick Zinc plated mild steel (BS EN 10025) for maximum rigidity. Stainless steel finishes are also available. The Access panels are painted in a polyester powder coating (BS EN 12206-1:2004) - White - RAL 9010 textured, as standard. Other colours are available to match your finished area.

Note: Smallest door unit is 300mm x 300mm, Largest door unit is 600mm x 600mm.

INSTALLATION
Intrepid supply installation instructions in the form of labels on the rear of the doors. The label will have the relevant certification standard that it complies to clearly marked. As part of our quality system, you will also find on the label, the identity mark of the quality inspector, who has done the final checks on your product.
