APPLICATION
This unit's frame is designed to be fitted within plasterboard lined applications for metal track systems or timber joist ceilings.
DESCRIPTION
This access panel has a metal faced door and is supplied with a picture frame. The panel has a simple hinge system for ease and speed of assembly on site with pin location in the frame and a bayonet fitting in the door. The door is also fitted with safety wires as standard to remove the door safely away from the frame.
MATERIALS AND FINISHES
Intrepid access panels are manufactured from 1.2mm thick Zinc plated mild steel (BS EN 10025) for maximum rigidity. Stainless steel finishes are also available. The Access panels are painted in a polyester powder coating (BS EN 12206-1:2004) - White - RAL 9010 textured, as standard. This paint texture blends well with your plastered painted walls and can be overpainted with ease. Other colours are available to match your finished area.

Fixing points are pre-punched in the frames for fixing. The circular hole will need supports to the ceiling to fix the access panel to.
